What should I do if my glass bottle broke during carbonation? (E-DUO, DUO)

In the rare event your glass broke during carbonation, do not open the carbonating flask, and contact us for assistance via email or phone at 1877-436-5866.

Make sure you’re only using the Sodastream glass bottle with Sodastream E-DUO® & DUO® Sparkling Water Makers.

Follow the below instructions:

  • Do not use the glass bottle/carafe if it is cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way. Dispose of it immediately and replace it with a new one.
  • Do not place the glass bottle/carafe in the freezer or extreme cold below 1°C,  and do not subject it to any extreme temperatures.
