Why is my bottle not connecting to my Sodastream Sparkling Water Maker (Quick Connect Cylinder)?

Try the steps below to connect your carbonating bottle:

1. Make sure the carbonating bottle is compatible with your machine
   
2. Make sure you insert your bottle properly:
   • The bottle is inserted correctly when there is a gap between the bottle and the base.
   • If you are using the Fizz&Go Easy MIX bottle - remember to remove the plastic mouthpiece before connecting to the machine.
