Follow the instructions below for help:
Option 1 - The sound of leaking CO2 comes after carbonation is finished
Leave the Sparkling Water Maker in an upright position. When the Sparkling Water Maker is no longer releasing CO2, remove the carbonating bottle. If you continue to hear the sound of leaking CO2, contact us via email or phone at 1877-436-5866.
Option 2 - The sound of leaking CO2 comes after inserting a new SodaStream Cylinder or during carbonation
Make sure that:
- The Sodastream Cylinder is compatible with your Sodastream Sparkling Water Maker according to this

The Sodastream Cylinder is properly installed:
SodaStream Quick Connect Cylinder* SodaStream Screw-in System Cylinder* Please note - The cylinder handle might be either Black or Pink
