Why won't the carbonating flask close or lock? (DUO, E-DUO)

Try the steps below to get back to bubbling & stop the overflow:

1. Make sure the carbonating bottle is compatible with your machine
   

2. Make sure the bottle is inserted correctly:
   * The bottle is inserted correctly when there is a gap between the bottle and the base.
