Deletion of your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Certain data may be retained where required by law (e.g., for tax, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes), even after a deletion request.

An active subscription
Unreturned gas cylinders associated with your account
— please note that you will be notified by email about certain actions that must be completed before we can process your data deletion request:
Cylinders must be either returned or charges will be applied.
Subscriptions must be cancelled by you directly via the “my account”.
