How can I delete my account or personal data?

Under the CCPA, CPRA, CPA and other applicable privacy laws, you may submit requests to exercise your right to information, access, correction or deletion via email to privacy@sodastream.com.
Our team will review your submission and respond within 30 days, as required by law. In some cases, we may request additional information to verify your identity before processing the request.

Please note:

  • Deletion of your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Certain data may be retained where required by law (e.g., for tax, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes), even after a deletion request.

  • If your request involves any of the following:

    • An active subscription

    • Unreturned gas cylinders associated with your account

    — please note that you will be notified by email about certain actions that must be completed before we can process your data deletion request:

    • Cylinders must be either returned or charges will be applied.

    • Subscriptions must be cancelled by you directly via the “my account”.
