Can I make changes to my Subscription?

Yes, you can make changes to your Subscription by visiting the ”My Account” page.

  1. 'Order now' - This feature allows you to accelerate the processing of your upcoming shipment. Should you require your items earlier than your usual delivery date, this functionality guarantees that your next shipment will be processed within 24 hours, while aligning subsequent shipments with your chosen subscription frequency. You can use 'Order Now' anytime, even if you skipped a shipment before.
    Follow these steps:
    1. Sign in to 'My Account' and go to the subscription page. 
    2. Select the 'Order Now' option under the ‘Manage Subscription’ drop down menu. 
    3. Confirm your choice in the pop up. 
    4. You will receive an email confirmation of the update.

      *** 'Order Now’ can also be activated through a call with our customer care representatives.
  2. 'Skip' – This feature allows you to skip your next shipment.
    *** Please note - You can't skip shipment of the items twice consecutively; If you've skipped once, you can't skip again immediately afterwards.

  3. 'Reschedule Next Shipment' - This feature lets you choose a different date for your next order, giving you more flexibility to get your shipment when it fits your schedule best. You can use 'Reschedule Next Shipment' anytime, even if you've skipped a shipment before.
    Follow these steps:
    1. Sign in to 'My Account' and go to the subscription page.
    2. Select the 'Reschedule Next Shipment' option under the ‘Manage Subscription’ drop down menu. 
    3. Use the calendar to choose a new date for your next shipment to be processed. All future shipments will adjust to this new schedule. Selection is available up to 6 months in advance. 
    4. Confirm your selection. 
    5. You will receive an email confirmation of the update.
  4. 'Add Products to Next Shipment' - This feature allows you to add products* to your upcoming CO2 subscription shipment on a one-time basis**.
    This feature becomes available 5 days before your next scheduled shipment date.


    * The products available in this feature include SodaStream carbonating bottles, accessories, flavors, and spare CO2 cylinders (depends on the stock availability in each market).
    ** To add the same product to multiple CO2 subscription shipments, you will need to do it manually.

    Follow these steps to add products to your upcoming CO2 subscription shipment:

    1. Sign in to 'My Account' and you will be automatically directed to the subscription lobby page;
    2. Select the "Add products" option, which will be visible 5 days before your next shipment;
    3. Select the products you want to add from the available list;
    4. Approve the updated terms and conditions and confirm the products’ addition to your next shipment; Once confirmed, the next shipment will be updated immediately and shipped on the same day.
    5. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Additionally, you will be redirected to the order receipt page in ‘My Account’, where you can see the items that were included in the order.



    Please note –

    • Once you add the products, the next shipment is created immediately, and you will not be able to edit your selection of added products. The ‘add products’ button will be available again only 5 days prior to the next subscription shipment.
    • Free shipping is available for over $50.
    • There is a limit of up to 20 flavors and up to 10 accessories you can add to each CO2 subscription shipment.

Sparkle Note: Cylinder type*, the amount of cylinders delivered each time, Shipment Frequency, shipping address, etc. can be updated before a Subscription Order has been packed for shipment, otherwise these changes will be applied to your next shipment.

* Not sure if it is a cylinder for the SodaStream Quick Connect system? If it has a Pink valve seal on top, it is for the SodaStream Quick Connect system!
