Carbonating cylinders create the bubbles. After some time, the carbonating cylinder runs out of CO2. We offer an online exchange in which you get a new carbonating cylinder in exchange for your empty one. When you order a CO2 refill at SodaStream.ca, you just pay the price of the CO2 and are then sent a pre-paid shipping label to return your empties.
- We'll send your full cylinder(s) and include a prepaid shipping label with your order.
- Place your empty cylinders in the same box in which you received your new cylinders and affix the label to the box. If you have misplaced the label, you can print a new one by following these steps.
- Drop the package at one of the drop-off locations or schedule a pick-up (if applicable to your location) - Use this Purolator Chat Bot to find the drop-off locations and/or schedule a pick-up.
- Track your order by inserting your Tracking Number in either Purolator or GoBolt (according to what is indicated in the email you received)
The shipping is on us. Don’t wait too long to send back your used cylinders.
Sparkle Note: Please remember to return an empty cylinder for each refill cylinder you have ordered. If you do not return the empty cylinder(s) within the allotted 90 days from the date your refill order was shipped, or if you do not have any empty cylinders to return, we will have to charge you an additional $15 (plus tax) for each unreturned cylinder.
