How to get my E-TERRA stop leaking water?

Follow the below instructions to help stop your E-TERRA Sparkling Water Maker from overflowing:

Step 1 - Did you fill the bottle to the fill line?

Step 2 - Is your bottle compatible with E-TERRA?

The E-TERRA is compatible with the 1L BPA Free carbonating bottle (0.84L fill line), the 0.5L BPA Free carbonating bottle (0.45L fill line).

Check the following compatibility chart:

Step 3 - Did you insert the bottle properly?

Step 4 - Did you fizz the right way?

Carbonate water only. Flavours should only be added after carbonation.

To carbonate, press as follows to get the desired level of your choice:
• For 1L Carbonating Bottle: left button (one bubble) for light fizz; Middle button (two bubbles) for medium fizz; Right button (three bubbles) for strong fizz.
• For 0.5L Carbonating Bottle: Left button (one bubble) for medium fizz; Middle button (two bubbles) for strong fizz. Do not carbonate if flavors were added.
