We back our bubbles! We accept returns* or exchanges on unopened product purchased within 30 days of delivery on Sodastream.ca for the actual purchase price.
- Only Cylinders must be returned unused and in its unbroken original packaging - Bring the cylinder to your local retailer and reach out to the customer support to issue a refund.

- Valid on www.sodastream.ca purchases only. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- SodaStream does not refund the initial shipping charge (if applicable) and does not offer paid, return shipping labels. Please contact our Sparkle Care team for return instructions. We kindly recommend using a shipping method with tracking to track the status of your return.
- Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the return, less the cost of the original shipping charges (if applicable).
- Products purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31.
