What is your return policy?

We back our bubbles! We accept returns or exchanges on unopened product purchased within 30 days of delivery on SodaStream.ca for the actual purchase price. Cylinders and accessories must be returned unused and in its unbroken original packaging. Sparkling Water Makers do not need to be returned unused. 

Additional Information:

• Valid on www.sodastream.ca purchases only. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• SodaStream does not refund the initial shipping charge (if applicable) and does not offer paid, return shipping labels. Please contact our Sparkle Care team for return instructions. We kindly recommend using a shipping method with tracking to track the status of your return.
• Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the return, less the cost of the original shipping charges (if applicable).
• Products purchased between November 1 and December 31 may be returned through January 31.
