If your product malfunctions within the warranty period, and we determine the malfunction is due to faulty workmanship or materials, SodaStream will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement of new or comparable value, free of charge.

- Warranty Limitations: This warranty is given on the condition that the machine has been correctly used strictly in accordance with SodaStream instructions as detailed in your Sparkling Water Maker user manual.
- Purchases from retail or online trade partners: Register your Sparkling Water Maker on our website to get an extra 1-year limited warranty for machine registration (total of 3-years limited warranty).
DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO THE STORE. So long as you have the original or a copy of your sales receipt, our Customer Service Team will gladly assist you with any product issues.

- Look for the sticker below on your machine. It is usually located right behind the carbonating cylinder. Prior to contacting Customer service, have ready the following information:

- Serial Number

- Job/Batch # if listed
