Do SodaStream products come with a warranty?

Sure do! All SodaStream Sparkling Water Makers have at least a 2-year limited warranty, valid from the purchase date*. If your product malfunctions within the warranty period, and we determine the malfunction is due to faulty workmanship or materials, SodaStream will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement of new or comparable value, free of charge. 

Additional Information*:

  • Warranty Limitations: This warranty is given on the condition that the machine has been correctly used strictly in accordance with SodaStream instructions as detailed in your Sparkling Water Maker user manual.
  • Purchases from retail or online trade partners: Register your Sparkling Water Maker on our website to get an extra 1-year limited warranty for machine registration (total of 3-years limited warranty).​
    DO NOT RETURN PRODUCT TO THE STORE. So long as you have the original or a copy of your sales receipt, our Customer Service Team will gladly assist you with any product issues.

For speedy fizz-assistance when claiming your warranty:

  1. Look for the sticker below on your machine. It is usually located right behind the carbonating cylinder. Prior to contacting Customer service, have ready the following information:
    • Manufacturing Date
    • Serial Number
    • Machine Type
    • Job/Batch # if listed

  1. Give our Customer Service team a call at 1-877-436-5866 so they can help you to troubleshoot the issue with your Sparkling Water Maker. Prefer to use our contact form? We recommend sending in a picture of the sticker above or providing the above information in your request.
  2. If it is determined that the product or one of its parts requires a replacement, our team will email you a printable shipping label so the product can be returned at no cost to you. A replacement will be sent of equal or comparable value, and you should be back to bubbling within a few days!
